Les ravioles fraîches : pasteurisées après fabrication et conditionnées en boîte cartonnées alimentaires.

conservation : 9 jours entre 0 et 4°C

Les Ravioles surgelées IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) :
Surgélation très rapide : (-18 °C coeur de la raviole en moins de 3 minutes) immédiatement après la fabrication.

Conservation : entre 12 et 16 mois -18°C .
